“ I became the executor of a Will along with a solicitor that was engaged by the deceased to support me with any legal issues. The Will was disputed, and it became a long drawn out exercise. Over 4 Years had passed and the issue was still not resolved, the legal costs were high and mounting and there was no clear end in sight. My first reaction was anguish as I would have to start again & the costs to the Estate would continue to increase.
